For Apple Ads teams

Apple Ads management, minus the busywork.

ADMaven gives Apple Ads teams one shared workspace. Create it, invite your team, set roles and see member usage in one place.

Free plan: 3 members. Create as many workspaces as you need. No card required.

Platform

The workspace around your Apple Ads work.

ADMaven handles the parts that sit next to the campaigns: who has access, which workspace they are in, what their role allows and what the plan covers.

  • A workspace for every app

Keep each product, client or market in its own workspace. Switching changes what the app reads and writes.

    • Workspace switcher in the sidebar
    • Every request scoped to the active workspace
  • Roles that hold up

Owners, admins and members get different capabilities, and every workspace action re-checks the role on the server.

    • Owners manage the workspace and its people
    • Admins invite and manage members
    • Members get read access
  • Invite by email

Choose a role when you send the invitation. Pending invites stay visible until they are accepted or canceled.

    • Role chosen at invitation time
    • Invitations expire after 48 hours
    • Member limits follow the plan.

How it works

Three steps from sign-up to a shared workspace.

No setup call and no data migration. The workspace exists as soon as you create it, and invitations do the rest.

  1. 1

    Create your account

    Email and password

Sign up and verify your email address. Onboarding takes you straight to your first workspace, and you become its owner.

  2. 2

    Invite your team

    48 hour invitations

Send an invitation with a role attached. The invitee gets an email, and a pending invitation stays visible until it is accepted or canceled.

  3. 3

    Work inside your plan

    Visible member usage

The free plan covers 3 members. The dashboard shows member usage before you reach the cap. Workspaces are not limited.

Roles, invitations and workspaces

Roles and invitations

The right access for each person, checked on every request.

Pick a role when you invite someone. Owners keep control of the workspace, admins invite and manage members, and members read what the workspace holds. The server checks the role again on every workspace action, so a hidden button is never the only guard.

  • Owners can change roles, remove members and delete the workspace.
  • Admins manage people below them. Nobody can remove an owner.
  • Invitations expire after 48 hours, and you can cancel one before it is accepted.

Workspaces

One login, every workspace.

Your session follows you across workspaces. Switch from the sidebar and the app changes scope without asking you to sign in again. Workspaces are not capped; member seats follow the plan.

  • Switch workspaces without a second login.
  • Create as many workspaces as you need.
  • Account deletion and active sessions live in security settings.

Testimonials

Teams keep the workspace, not the access spreadsheet.

  • We stopped keeping a spreadsheet of who had access to what. Each client workspace has its own owner and members, and the list is right there.

  • The invitation flow is the part I use most. I pick member or admin, send it, and the pending invite stays visible until it is accepted.

  • Switching between the two apps we run takes one click. I stay signed in, and the workspace decides what I can see.

Security and access

Built on server-side checks, not hidden buttons.

Access rules live in the action layer. A page can hide a button, but a request that lacks the capability is still refused.

  • Server-checked sessions

Pages and actions resolve the session on the server. The proxy only redirects; it is not the gate.

  • Capability checks

Every workspace action names the capability it needs, and the wrapper checks the role before it runs.

  • Workspace isolation

The active workspace comes from the session, never from a URL or a form field.

  • Verified accounts

Verification emails go out at sign-up, and you can require a verified address before sign-in.
